WILD about the CIBA Summer Reading List!

August 4, 2022July 26, 2022 Jane the Raincity Librarian Post a comment

The Canadian Independent Booksellers Association has included WILD ABOUT CAMPING in its summer reading list for young readers!

The CIBA “offers programs and services to Canadian independent booksellers and advocates to support the strengthening of the independent bookselling sector”, recognizing the important role independent booksellers play in promoting the economic, cultural and social well-being of their communities.

As I mentioned in my previous post on the MPIBA Summer Camp, I am a passionate supporter of independent booksellers, and as an author I cannot express how much I value and appreciate the support I have received from indies over the years. Finding readers is a challenge for any author, and we can use all the help we can get when it comes to spreading the word about our books.

Thank you, CIBA, for picking WILD ABOUT CAMPING for your summer reading list, and for supporting this little book baby of mine as it makes its way into the world.
