I’ve gained a bit of a reputation as the one to call when you need someone to cover a last-minute storytime, as I absolutely love doing them, and I can deliver one at the drop of a hat after nearly 10 years’ experience. So when a colleague called in sick, I raced over on my day off to cover two baby storytimes!
I’m so glad I was able to make it in time – we had a number of first-time attendees, and it was so lovely to interact with the parents and their sweet, tiny little babies, and help welcome them to the library.
