A big thank you to the wonderful team at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh for putting BEAR HAS A BELLY on their list of Best Books for Babies 2023.
Knowing that fellow children’s librarians are using my books in their programs and recommending them to families in their communities is pretty inspiring. I’ve never even been to Pittsburgh, and it kind of boggles my mind to think that there are families all the way in another country who are reading my books together.

There are actually three books from Pajama Press on the Best Books for Babies list – not too shabby for a small, independent publisher from Canada!
Now, I can’t say too much just yet, but if you like ANIMALS MOVE and BEAR HAS A BELLY, there might be another adorable book coming in the Big, Little Concepts series you will probably like, so stay tuned as the story develops…!
