This week’s theme is thankfulness, which ties neatly into the fact that this Thursday is American thanksgiving (happy thanksgiving to all my American friends!). Now, as I’m sure you know, as I’ve said it about a million times on the blog, I AM CANADIAN. Being the sensible folks we are, we space out our traditional food-binging holidays, so we had our thanksgiving feast way back in early October. In fact, I wrote a post all about picture books about thankfulness to coincide with Canadian thanksgiving.
But since thankfulness shouldn’t be a once-a-year experience, I’m back with another post all about books that can encourage little ones to think about all the wonderful things they have to be thankful for.
